One-to One- Mindfulness - free 30 min consultation
Keen to learn some mindfulness meditation, but group courses don't fit in your schedule? For various reasons you may feel a 'one-to-one' mindfulness coaching session is the way forward. We can choose to meet online via ZOOM or meet in person in Haddington. Cost: £50 per hour .

About the event
Mindfulness is well researched and touches on neuroscience. We can train our minds and brains- to be more focussed, improve concentration, have a kinder, more accepting, non judging attitude towards ourselve, others and experiences. A regular mindfulness practice has various positive effects on your physical health and mental health. You can choose to start with 4 hourly sessions or you may like to commit to 8 sessions - following the mindfulness based living course.
